Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the United States only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping unless otherwise stated on our website or at checkout.

How long does order processing take?

Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days after payment has been confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

What shipping options do you offer?

We offer Standard Shipping, which usually takes 7-12 business days and costs $9.99. We also offer Expedited Shipping, which usually takes 5-7 business days and costs $19.99. Free standard shipping is available on orders over $69.

When will I receive my tracking number?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update after shipment.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours after placing your order. We will do our best to help before the order is processed, but once the order has been processed or shipped, address changes may not be possible.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@contalc.com. Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos or videos showing the product condition and packaging.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns for eligible products within 30 days of delivery. Items must be new, unused, in their original condition, and returned with original packaging and included accessories where applicable. Please contact us before sending any item back.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not currently offer exchanges. If you need help with a return or refund request, please contact us at support@contalc.com with your order number and checkout email address.
